Banana Split Pie

This one is easy peasy. This is one of my daughter's favorites. No cooking involved. It makes 2 pies and you can freeze them. I beleive my cousin or my aunt gave me this recipe. Thanks!

2 graham cracker pie shells

1st layer: 1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter - not melted
2 eggs
Blend with mixer & fill pie shells

2nd layer: slice about 5 bananas lengthwise & layer on top of 1st layer

3rd layer: 2 large cans of crused pineapple - drain in a colander when you
1st start making pies so it is well drained

4th layer: 1 large container of cool whip

5th layer: sprinkle top with nuts and add cherry halves

I told you 1 2 3 easy peasy! Sorry Pam. I know you were expecting another recipe instead of this one. I haven't been able to locate that one yet. Working on it though. It's been a long time since I've made that recipe.

I have the perfect Rascal Flatts song, "Mayberry". This recipe and this song remind me of when I was a child and things were so simple. There was nothing better than a big ol banana split.
